Take a step toward emergency preparedness with Basic Life Support training through the Emergency First Response system. As one of the foremost international CPR and first aid training companies, Emergency First Response gives you the confidence to respond to medical emergencies—in your every day world with your family, friends, neighbors, and coworkers.
Training is divided into care for adults and care for children and infants. The training is valid for two years, after which you should retake the course to refresh your skills. The knowledge you gain from this course could save the life of someone dear to you.
Special note to parents: Every parent should learn CPR and first aid for their children—the heartbreak of not knowing these skills would be overwhelming if you were ever in a situation where you needed them. For a monthly cost of $2.00, it's a set of skills you can't afford not to learn. As new parents ourselves, we are passionate about this training.

Quality Mannequins
We use hard plastic mannequins in our training, with different ones for infants, children, and adults. They provide the feedback you need so you know you've properly opened the airway and are pressing deep enough during the chest compressions. We've rejected the foam dummies that so many other CPR classes use because they don't offer any feedback. No one should discover when they're trying to save a life that they never learned the proper technique to open an airway or compress a chest!
Online Video
Your registration and course completion includes access to more than an hour's worth of online video, which you can view to refresh your skills anytime for up to a year after taking the class! It's a great supplement to the skills you learn during class.
